Stupid question

It's been a while since I've had to use Excel, and I was wondering if I could get some help on the following issue? I've got an Excel file that includes a list of e-mail addresses. Said e-mails are not currently in my Outlook address book. If I wanted to import them so I could set up a distribution list, is there a way to do so? There's gotta be, but I can't for the life of me figure it out.

Any comments would be much appreciated.
