Once again, I am too consumed by a work that's already in progress to take part in NaNoWriMo.
Some day, I will do this activity proper. Maybe even next year.
But for now I just want to continue with the task at hand. And try to harness the energy and spirit of those attempting to write a novel in a month, so that I can use it for my own ends.
Which means trying like hell to revise the chapter that's in progress, and then draft the two chapters that follow it. The latter task is a little intimidating, because those chapters are both mostly going to be created from scratch. But we'll see how I fare.
