Hello, my name is uneventful!

Been a while since I've had anything to say on here, or so it seems.

Aside from letting you know that work has been keeping me busy preparing for some big events that are happening next weekend, and that I am mere pages away from completing the first act of my novel, there hasn't really been much for me to report on.

Well there is the fact that I received my MFA diploma in the mail last weekend. It almost makes me feel like there's no need to attend my graduation ceremony, which is coming up in a couple weeks, but I'm sure I'll go anyway, if only because my long journey to earn that piece of paper deserves to end with a little fanfare and pageantry. Not to mention CHEAP NACHOS! :)

Other than that, though, I have spent most of this month feeling like I'm floating in statis. Not quite paralyzed, but hovering at a multi-point crossroad unsure of what I should be throwing my energy at in addition to work and creative writing. The pursuit of boys? More education? Some kind of fitness routine? Home improvement and/or sale?

No idea how to prioritize these at the moment. I guess I need a sign from the universe.
