Tonight's big epiphany
Oct. 9th, 2012 10:45 pmToday after work, I took myself to see the film adaptation of one of my favorite novels, "The Perks of Being a Wallflower."
It was tremendous, and it gave me an idea that I felt it was important to document so that I don't forget.
When (not if, but when) I finish my novel, I want to work on a collection of short stories each inspired by a song. The collection will be the literary equivalent of a mixtape.
Lofty concept, I know, but there you have it.
I hope I will have time to come back later and gush about the movie. Did I mention it was tremendous? I did? Well, it bears repeating.
