Yeah, I'm taking a long weekend there with fuzzilla for her birthday.
I'm pretty sure Stax is one of the places that's on our visit list, along with the Rock N' Soul Museum, Sun Records, and Graceland.
I'll see if I can figure out a way to make time for the riverside as well, and personally I'd love to troll past the Mid South Colliseum just for a peek even though I know it's no longer open. I hope that hasn't been torn down.
