I didn't mean to make you feel old. But you actually made me jealous, because you would have been old enough to appreciate the early 90's stuff when it was just breaking through, unlike me who didn't discover it until after Cobain died. As for your selections...I have some comments on them as well.
1. I remember my class (probably fourth grade) had to sing this as a group for some sort of performance that we invited parents to. We stood in a large mass, slung arms around each other's shoulders, and swayed back and forth. I'm sure it was horribly off-key. 5. Makes me think of the Rocky movie with the evil russian. Then again, Rocky has been on the brain lately. 10. This will always be a karaoke classic. 15. I remember liking the video because I knew there was something dirty about it but didn't quite comprehend the innuendo. 34. Shameful admission: I created a dance sequence to this in my backyard with some other girls. Lots of pantomime and pointing for the "on you" line. 38. There was a copy of Scarecrow around my house when this came out. It got heavy rotation on our stereo, and I remember sitting on the couch with the liner notes following the lyrics as the songs played. 42. I might hold you to your karaoke desire if we can find some while AWP is happening. 63. I like Benatar, but I don't think I remember this one.
