Music nostalgia
Jun. 24th, 2009 11:43 amThis morning I got an e-mail from a colleague informing us that there's going to be a free concert in the plaza in front of our office building around noon time.
Pretty cool, right? What better way to spend your lunch hour than to get out in the air, and enjoy some food and live music!
I'm probably gonna go check it out, but I have to admit that irony and nostalgia are my main motivators.
Irony because the band that's playing doesn't exactly fit my idea of a rockin good time. Nostalgia because they did when I was seventeen.
Better Than Ezra is the group that's about to perform. I'll explain my history with them when I get back.
