seabird78 | Diet Cherry Coke= bad idea

Aside from eating a subpar meal from a place that is normally my favorite place to lunch, I'm feeling remarkably cheerful today. I woke up this morning to a lovely spring breeze, was finally able to shoot off a little writing (online city-guide freelance stuff, but still, it's more than I've been capable of in what seems like ages), and since then I've been enjoying a pretty leisurely day at work.

Must have been last night's dinner with

fuzzilla. Those martinis we had and the great conversation kicked my bad mood to the curb for a while.

I'm also rediscovering my appreciation for music. The new Pink CD was my commuting soundtrack, and I think it just might be her masterpiece. But don't tell anyone. I'm trying to maintain my indie rock street cred.
